West Windsor – Edmonton, AB

West Windsor is a 172-unit, 140,758 sq ft residential development in Edmonton’s Windsor neighbourhood, comprising a mix of four-, five-, & six-storey wood-frame buildings. The Ten Lofts is a ten-storey, concrete mixed-use building in the heart of downtown Edmonton, steps from Rogers Place. ABE&RE Canada provided a roof condition assessment for the rooftop patio & deck area, evaluating the existing assembly, identifying deficiencies, & developing repair and replacement recommendations to inform a targeted replacement scope that delivers a durable, well-detailed solution for this landmark downtown building.
